Happy Birthday Ashley!!

Ashley has given her mom and dad 11 wonderful years of joy. We hope this next year is a good one.

school carnival

Karlene stepped out on her own the other evening. She took the kids to their school carnival while I enjoyed a wonderful evening with a USU professor. Lots of fun. Karlene was nervous to take all 6 by herself, but they treated her well and had a good time. Oh ya, I had a good time too.

Um, yah, I guess the admission price was worth it. They sure build it up as being this big, awesome display. It reminded me of a county fair display. I guess it is still in process. The kids, however, said they had a good time. We did get to pet a stingray (with the stinger removed of course).

Heisman winner Ty Detmer's number being retired

It felt very good to once again see Ty down on the football field. I felt for a small moment that all was right again in CougarTown.

I ended up on the wrong end of a little toy fight with Jordan and Logan. The sad thing is, I started it.

So here we go...

It will take a little bit for us to figure all of this blogging stuff out, but we love reading about our friends and family and thought we ought to share a little about ourselves from time to time.
